Bright red blood!

Im 5 weeks today and i just woke up to go pee..when i wiped i had bright red blood with very small clots and there was a good anount of it in the toilet..i have no cramps but im so worried right now. I started spotting tuesday went to the ER and had a vaginal ultrasound. I was still pregnant and hcg levels were good..but its now thursday and i wake up to this. Luckily i have another hcg level test in a few hours . please help pray for me and my little bean :(
