I was wondering how big your boobs got during pregnancy then if they got bigger again once your milk came in. I was a small B before pregnancy. I am 17 weeks (this is my first pregnancy) and had  to buy new bras because my boobs have grown a bit, the lady measured me and told me I am a large C/small D. I couldn't believe she said D, I really don't feel like they are that big! So, I bought a couple nursing bras size C but now I'm second guessing myself thinking I should have done with the D.
