How to you track your checking account?

An app? Paper? You don't? Any app suggestions??? Thanks!

I don't track per say.  I know roughly how much is in my bank account at any given time.  I have the bank app on my phone so I can check in when needed.  Then again I don't write checks so anything that comes out is on my card.

Prism is a good app, but I usually just look up my card's website for my balance & history.

I use the Mint app. You can connect all your bank accounts and billing accounts to it. Receive emails and alerts when bills are due or when your account falls below a certain balance. It helps me budget and categorize my spending.

App... it's easier and I like the fact that I can get notifications anytime my card is swiped. Yeah it's a little annoying to always get one but I'd rather get an alert if it's fraudulent charges than finding out later I got scammed.

I use an Excel that I set up for our checking accounts and each of our credit cards. It helps me to track expenses and budget for future ones.
