I am going crazy!!

On March 16th I took a test and there was a vvvvfl. Took one in the 20th it was a vfl. Today I took this one I swear I can still see something, bimut really not sure. I have been having tender nips since the 9thlate night (middle of the night) nausea, starting on the 20th I had spotting, and yesterday horrible cramping and heavy heavy bleeding (having to RUN to the bathroom everyone I stand, cough or sneeze. TMI I know).

Am I crazy or is there something on this test. I called my Dr. office yesterday they said it is likely just my period because I have PCOS and am mostly irregular, but to take another test and call back if it's positive, but I can't tell. :/
