Help!!

I just don't know what to do. I'm trying for a baby but me and my boyfriend/fiancé have been trying for 2 years and nothing. I was on the shot, but even before I got on it we tried and nothing happened. I don't know if it's him or me... all I want in life is to be able to conceive and have a child...it worries me so much, but I can't even go get checked because I don't have any medical insurance and every time I try to apply for it I get denied. What do I do?  ):
