help with a symptom that came and went..

Ladies, can anyone advise me if, during very early pregnancy, before getting your bfp, you experienced a very noticeable symptom that suddenly disappeared?

I had extreme aching in my both breasts (felt almost like engorgement from milk) for like 90 minutes. I was almost wishing it away because it was so uncomfortable. And then it did dissipate.

I believe I am pregnant but I haven't ever experienced such a significant early pregnancy symptom that just disappeared like that.
