I am never having sex again 😤

This is honestly my 3rd pregnancy scare. My period was suppose to come march 15 and that same day I had sex with a condom , there wasn't any tears in it after we were done..It is now the 23rd and still nothing! I get cramps and like sharp pains sometimes near my ovaries and at the base of a stomach. there was no light bleeding so far but my breast and nipples have been sore and I've been experiencing back pain. And my periods always come late when I have sex like all the time and I hate it! I haven't felt off in general just some body aches. I'm definitely stressed so how long should I wait to get a pregnancy test if my period doesn't come in the next few days?
