Taking your clothes off, spreading your legs, and having someone look into your lady parts—okay, it sounds pretty awkward. But don't worry: Your gyno is an expert, and she's been looking at lady parts for years.
The most important thing is that she makes you feel comfortable. Does she create a warm environment, make you feel safe, and is she non-judgmental? Awesome!
Don't sweat the rest—it's definitely not awkward for your gyno, and after you go a few times it'll stop being awkward for you.
