Help please

My best friend just said she's going to kill herself tonight, and when I ask why she keeps saying she needs to. I adore her and I can't stand to see her leave, I'm not sure if I can tell parents (we're both 13, please don't ask why) and oh my ahhhh, I'm freaking out. She's been talking about it for awhile now. Help please?
