My brother has tried to kill himself multiple times... his method of choice.

Hanging

He was recently diagnosed with depression and type 1 diabetes.

*(He has medication for depression but only takes his sugar levels and insulin when he feels like it)

And has previously been admitted for psych evaluations but they always release him to family.

We have no idea what to do and he refuses to speak to anyone professional or otherwise about it.

He has a baby.

Has anyone been in this situation or simular?

We don't know how to help him.
