Do you mean eats solid food or just breastfeeding/bottle? Solid food he could be gagging as a reflex that he needs to grow out of. But trying to nurse or bottle feed with a stuffy nose can definitely make kids gag

If he's new to eating it might just be his reflex. My little did that for the longest time and it worried me but she eventually grew out of it
