numb fingers?

Anyone else experienced numbness and tingling in the fingers while pregnant? And did it come back after you had the baby? It's so hard to sleep and it's just annoying!

Same thing happened to me. And since I'm so far along the doc said I would be wasting money to get a brace, since it is caused by my pregnancy. It happens throughout the day now. It is truly annoying. 🙄

If it's your pinky and ring finger, it could be your ulnar nerve is being pinched. That's basically your "funny bone" nerve. It can get pinched in your elbow and start off as numbness. As long as it lets up it's not a big deal. But there is a thing as Ulnar Nerve Entrapment which pinches the nerve so badly that it makes your fingers go numb permantly and causes excruciating pain. My husband had this and recently had surgery to have the nerve moved to help stop the pain and numbness. But his was so bad he couldn't function.
