19& trying?

You saw right, I'm 19 years old& my boyfriend is 21. We are currently trying to get pregnant and I know I'll have a lot of negative comments on this.. however those of you who are nice enough to still treat me like a human being; is there any advice you would give me?

I advise not trying and just doing it. Have fun with it. "Lightly" track, but don't go overboard. Let your body do its thing.  You can start taking parental vitamins now if you'd like. I've heard this helps

I have heard prenatel vitimsns help get your body ready and help get pregnant plus having sex every other day,  the sperm lives in your body for a while so you don't have to do it everyday. Track your ovulation on glow if you'd like. There's no point in telling you not to,  it's not like your going to listen to strangers,  if you want to do something then you'll do it. So good luck and make sure your both really ready,  financially and mentally.

Babies come when they want to, my husband  and I have been married for 5 years, together for almost 7. I didn't get pregnant until July last year. I strongly suggest you vacation and party as much as you can because once the baby is here you options will be limited.

When we were "trying" we didn't put much stress into tracking ovulation or things like that.  And I'd like to think that due to the laid back approach of it was the reason that we conceived on the first try.

I'm 18 I'm married my husband is 21 and we planned our little boy. It took us about 10 months to get pregnant partially because if the bc I had been on before but also I believe because we were trying to hard. We were doing ovulation tests and tracking for months and had sex multiple times a day during my fertile window with month after month of no luck. Finally when we decided that we were don't trying lol and behold a month later I got my positive. Just have fun and don't force it I really do believe that actively trying stresses your body out and makes it harder to get pregnant. But do take prenatals.

I got pregnant at 18 and had my daughter at 19. SO is also 21. My advice would be to stop trying. Just have sex. Be fun. Don't be on a schedule. Because usually how it works is you give up and then 2 weeks later your pregnant! (I know from experience😉) Same thing happened for my friend Emma! But really, I think no longer trying works best! 😃

This was my log when we were not trying but not truly preventing. I only logged that we had sex if he didn't pull out. Currently 22 weeks! You really don't have to be bunnies to make it happen. Lol

Honestly, give yourself three months of going at it without all the stress. No OPK, no bt, no cervical mucus, none of it. Have some time without all the stress, and then slowly begin to introduce the tools into it. I just think it's more beneficial to start out having fun instead of letting it be stressful from point a

Don't stress when you are trying to get pregnant. It's hard not to but you will drive yourself crazy. I took folic acid before I tried for a baby and while i was trying to conceive my baby girl. It worked for us. I got pregnant on the second try and I will be 19 weeks tomorrow. Good luck.
