2.7 lbs at 29 weeks?

Question

I'm 29 weeks 5 days today, but I had a 3D ultrasound and I was told my baby was 1224.85grams which would equate to 2.7 pounds. Is that small? I'm starting to get worried because it seems like everyone else's baby is near or over 3 lbs now 😐

At 28 weeks my baby measured 2lb 13oz, 5lb 12 at 32 and 7lb 5oz at 36

At 28 weeks my baby was close to 5 my ob predicted she'd be 11-12 pounds if I went to my due date I developed preeclampsia at 30 weeks and delivered at 38 weeks as you know the longer you have preeclampsia the more damage done to the placenta resulting in low birth weight and other complications. She was 7 pounds at 38 weeks (she didn't look filled out at all she had extra skin everywhere) my ob said if she had been healthy (she was born via emergency c-section and had to be revived because she was not breathing and had no heartbeat at birth) she would have been every bit of 10 pounds and that in a way preeclampsia was a blessing in disguise because my body could not handle a baby that big. I did not have diabetes or gestational diabetes

Don't stress. The further along you go along in your pregnancy and more of a guess weight is. Doctors can't really tell you how much your baby weighs.
