does anyone know how I can live on my own?

I'm 14 I hate my home life because of everything I want to move out and am wondering if anyone has any ideas for me

You might just have to stick it out... moving out is hard and you can't drive or get a job. It's only 4 years and yes that seems like a long time but it's really not. I moved out as soon as I could and realized how hard it was pretty fast

For everybody who's saying you can't get a job at 14 is a lie you can. Just find at Job that hires at your age and save up until your 18 and leave.

Okay so here's the deal. You can emancipate yourself but you have to have a legitimate reason to bring to court as to why you want to do that. By emancipating yourself you have legal obligation over yourself. Oh can sign for an apartment and all but no one even hires anyone at 14 so if you can't get a job you can't live on your own.

Unless you have someone to put the apartment in they're name that is older than 18 and you're able to pay rent then you can probably achieve that goal but being that you're only fourteen, you're not of age to work so my suggestion is to just wait it out . I'm turning 16 soon nd by the time im seventeen I'll be able to move out. But just save up and wait until your financially stable and of age.

Ya I don't think that's legal at that age cuz you're still a minor. Pretty sure even with your parents' approval and support they could get in trouble, but I could be wrong idk.

I'm sorry y'all, I have super bad depression and and sometimes being at home can be super hard for me my parents are divorced and with one having seven kids and the other being mentally,emotionally abusive it gets really really tough so it's just been. A thought in my head like oh I might as well move out or ugh moving out would be so much better I really don't want to because I know how hard it can be to live on your own and I know my family still loves me it just get difficult sometimes and this past year I've been dealing with depression and anxiety so it's a challenge and I'm just trying to stick to the path that god has planned for me even though sometimes I want to hurt myself and or think I'd be better off dead

Do you think it's something you can sit down and talk to your adults about?
You can get a job at 14 at McDonald's but it's very limited hours unfortunately. 
Are there family members that know your situation that would allow you to stay with them instead? 
I moved to another state at seventeen for college and couldn't even rent a DVD without my mom's written consent. But emancipation has to be different I would think considering you would be responsible for yourself.

If you live in the US, I don't think you can. Depending on the state, you aren't even old enough to drive.

You can emancipated but the age is different for different places. It's all really complicated and you need to go through the court and everything. I wouldn't recommend it
