boy help/advice

So this guy I'm really interested in told me he wasn't sure what he wanted. I asked him if he saw us going anywhere. He said it's just hard because we live about an hour away from each other and we both work 60+ hour weeks so we're just kinda both in a hard spot. I really want to try and make us work but I don't know what to do when he says he doesn't know what he wants. I know I can't force him into it but I really wish I could! LOL. What should I do to make him want to be with me or at least entertain the idea...?
