So my boyfriend keeps hinting that we should try anal? What do you think? What are some experiences you've had with anal? Good? Bad?

I for one am a pretty big fan of anal! I didn't try it until I started dating my current SO. He was educated in the topic so it made me feel more comfortable ☺
Some tips:
1. Lube is your friend. Whether it be water or silicone-based. We prefer silicone because it doesn't absorb into it the skin nearly as much. 
2. Stretching is also your friend. We've spend upwards of 10 minutes making sure I was comfortable and good to go. 
3. Positioning is something to keep in mind. We love anal in the missionary, but I need a pillow under my hips, otherwise I have no leverage to live myself 😩
4. If you think you gotta do the #2, wait about half an hour to a full hour after to get down. It'll lessen the chances of anything going awry, and it's your best bet of being the closest you can to squeaky clean 👌🏻

Try having him put a finger or two in while you fool around to get used to the feeling. Then when you're ready for him to actually put his penis up in there, only take as much as you can take. Penetration-wise as well as duration.  And increase little by little, maybe even across different sexual encounters. My bf was really anxious to do anal, too, so I understand wanting to please him, but make sure he is patient with you and lets you set the pace.

My best anal-related experience so far has been being fingered anally in the shower while I masturbated. Highly recommend.
