Leaky boobs, sex, amazing.

I don't even know how to word this question lol.  Last night H and I were getting very intimate after a while of being in a rut.  He started playing, licking, sucking my boobs and it turned r on a lot!! Like a lot more then usual.  I could almost lrgasm just from boob play.   Then something happened for the first time, clear drops of liquid (colostrum?) started forming on my nips when my boobs were squeezed.  This turned both of us on a lot.  He said it tasted sweet and I tried it too.  Every time he or me squeezes my boob more stuff comes out. It was incredibly intimate.  I'm 23 weeks pregnant. Could this be dangerous for the baby?
