I'm just curious, not really sure why. But, hypothetically, of course, if what happened to Jane Villanueva (accidentally artificially inseminated by her OBGYN not paying attention) happened to you in real life, would you file a lawsuit against the OBGYN?

Hell yeah. Especially if I was still a virgin. I'm not pushing a baby out without getting to enjoy a penis 9 months before

Definitely. Being pregnant would cause me so much emotional distress not to mention the fact that it's malpractice and she should not have gone to work that day, let alone deal with patients. I'd make her pay for the abortion, any additional medical fees, and for lots of pain + suffering.
I love that show, but I'd never want to be in Jane's position, other than getting access to Raf 😋😂

Most definitely! I'm sure she wanted the first person she had sex with is the person she ends up marrying and having kids with and for her to skip two steps and just jump to step 3 is pretty messed up.

I personally would from what I remember, in the show isn't the doctor her baby's father's sister? Did he ask her not to sue her? It's been awhile since I've seen the show. I need to catch up!

No. I read the other post first and if it went anything like the other post, I'd happily have a baby for someone who couldn't. I've wanted to donate my eggs but have been denied multiple times. My husband doesn't want me to be a surrogate because he says, I don't remember, that I had a very mild case of PPD after both of my kids were born. I would love to help someone in need though. And I absolutely loved being pregnant. I miss the belly and kicks.
