Mix vitamin E capsules in with your lotion and apply it twice a day it works like a charm better than bio-oil and maderma(both I've wasted money on with no results). The trick to vitamin e is making sure it's organic and nor synthetic. Read the ingredients synthetic vitamin e contains  dl-alpha and organic contains d-alpha. Synthetic is just a waste of money. Adding vitamin a capsules into the mix helps too as long as your not pregnant or breast feeding. Not only does this methid work  wonders to rid stretch marks but if you use it over night on your face you'll reverse aging or maintain a youthful appearance :)

Bio Oil. I used it while pregnant and didn't get any stretch marks on my belly. I used it on my breasts too and did get stretch marks there, still using it, but don't anticipate being able to fade them until I finish breastfeeding. Using Bio Oil on my C-section scar as well. It is fading a little.
