period or spotting?

Been prefusley sweating the last few nights waking up drenched. Pinching cramps for 5dpo- 10dpo (today) and BD at least every other day through the whole month sometimes every day and today I've had this. I'm not sure if this is spotting or period. Because usually my periods are very painful but this is not. Also they start very heavy never had this sort of bleed before? Can anyone help
