So I just squeezed my nipples randomly and one had clear stuff come out, I'm not pregnant. What could cause this it's making me nervous

It's possible to get milk without being pregnant also if you have kids it can stick around

I get fluid and I'm not preggo.  I also don't do drugs.  If it bothers you call your doctor but it's normal to have some fluid if you're a woman.  That's what boobs are for.  I've had fluid come from mine for over 8 years and I'm healthy.

Excessive pot smoking can cause lactation. I don't know if you smoke, but just a thought.
