ALL THE FEELS: I don't think you're ready for this jelly
There's good jelly (on your toast at breakfast/Destiny's Child circa 2001) and there's bad jelly (that time you yelled at your boo for looking at another girl the wrong way).
Jealousy is a natural feeling and everyone feels jealous sometimes. But letting your jealousy run wild can seriously mess with your head—and your relationship.
Make an agreement with your boo about whether you're monogamous or sleeping with other people, then stick with it. Once you've decided on some rules, respect them and check in with yourself and your boo over whether they're working. If you find yourself feeling too jealous, you might have to change the rules—or the relationship.
And if you're in a casual/open thing and are feeling jealous a lot, maybe it's time to think about a relationship—'cause nobody's ready for all that jelly.
