I have been on Lexapro 20mg for a couple years now for anxiety. When I got pregnant my OB and GP told me that I would be just fine staying on it. I've read a lot recently about how it can affect the baby while taking it during the third trimester. I am 27.4 weeks right now and was considering tapering off of it very soon so baby doesn't have any issues following delivery.
