workout challenge for people who live with stairs
So I'm 30 weeks and 1 day today. Did my workout, now it's a workout challenge I'm doing with my friend. She lives on the 3rd floor of her apartment building. We decided to do 10 calf raises per stair every time we go upstairs, 100 crunches every time we go inside (50 normal 50 with legs up), and 5 squats per stair every time we go downstairs. We did that as a workout today to go upstairs one time do abs and come downstairs one time. Ended up doing 360 calf raises 180 squats and 100 crunches. Challenge is to do this for one week every time you go upstairs go inside and come downstairs. Talk about quick results!
