how do I get over this cold?

Obviously I can't take medicine, but are there any natural remedies that I can do to cure this cold? It gets worse every night. Coughing, sneezing, watery eyes, and lots and lots of mucus/snot. I feel miserable and me being a first time mom I feel like my baby feels miserable too and I can't have that! (13 weeks 2 days).

Orange juice, and lots of sleep helped me. I was only sick for 2 days.
