We recently moved out of state, and all of our friends and family live quite far away. My mom, in - laws, and friend who wants me to be her practice birth for her doula certification all want to fly in...

... But I'm nervous that hosting people will be stressful. And if babies come on their own timeline, I'm not even sure when I should ask them to fly out or how long they should stay.

My in-laws are pretty independent (and happy to come a little later if we asked), but I'm worried that I'll have to be more hands-on with my mom and doula friend (who will both want to be there).

How have others done this before?
