trying to get the pill

So I'm taking responsibility and getting birth control. I need this. But in order for me to get it, I need a blood test done i am TERRIFIED of blood tests. I've only done it once about 10 years ago. But I know I need to do this. Any advice to lower my anxiety? I know this is silly but I just need to chill out lol.
