I'm 37 weeks pregnant and have started getting really bad backache and pains very low down i saw my midwife on Tuesday and she said baby's head its 3/5 and that's she's on her way, I had slight cramps this morning now it's constant sharp pain, this is my first pregnancy so I'm slightly worried as I don't no what pains I am to get, should I phone the 24 hours helpline that my midwife gave me, I can't even go on the car as a slight bump in the road causes me pain, should just have a warm bath and a paracetamol to see if it eases or call the 24 line??
