not quite sure

Hellos everyone! Ive been trying to get pregnant for about a year now. After 2 IUIs i finally saw a positive and pregnancy test. I took the first one the first day of my missed period. Then took two more the next day and all three came out postive do you ladies think that im actually pregnant? Or could all three be false postives due to the medication i was taking? I need advice. I dont want to get my hopes up and then my doctor tells me im NOT pregnant :(
