I have been diagnosed with PCOS ☹️

I was on the depo injection, came of it a year ago next month, had blood tests done at my doctor surgery and was told I have this condition☹️ doctor didn't explain much and just said he has arranged for an internal scan! Bought ovulation tests yesterday , and they say I am not ovulating even though this app says I am! Does Anyone have this condition and can explain anything about it please
