Immune issues

Can anyone recommend a good reproductive immunolgist in the greater Philadelphia region? Particularly one that helped you become pregnant?

I have thyroid issues (hashimotos)& very high NKC levels. I have gone through several IVF cycles with no success in becoming pregnant, even with my own good fertilized embryos.

No Dr seems to get to the true root of my issues as to why pregnancy is not occurring at this point. I need a good doctor to at least tell me what is wrong with me.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
