Beautiful moment ruined

Laying in bed after feeding dear son he snuggled up to my chest and I thought what a beautiful moment for a picture, I've seen lots of mommy baby snuggle pictures and their always beautiful but when I took mine I couldn't stop thinking oh god I'm a whale. My baby is so beautiful and I'm just fat. I feel like I've completely ruined the picture and the moment just by being in it. I've never truly felt bad about my body until recently and I don't know how to brake out of it. What do you all think my son is 6 months.
