light bleeding

So I am five weeks pregnant after having a still birth at 25 weeks and I went to the bathroom and had some light blood when I wiped. It happened with my last pregnancy and it was implantation bleeding, anyone go through the same? Two pregnancies in a row? I go in Monday for an ultra sound
