I have TMJ and because my jaw is so irritated i am now getting an ear ache. I am 4 weeks along in my pregnancy. What can i take to help with the inflammation?

Tylenol is really the only thing you can take.  Try a heating pad or warm wet wash cloth in the microwave on the sore area

This won't help inflammation that's already there but it will make it so you don't have to medicate your entire pregnancy. Go buy a cheap boil and bite mouthgaurd at a pharmacy and wear it at night as a cheap alternative to a nightgaurd.
