Help! C section, breast feeding

I ended up having a c section 3 days ago for my baby. My goal has been to breast feed. It's ending me up as such an emotinal wreck bc I can't even help myself. Have any of you ever been in this situation? And any advice on c section Healing is appreciated too. Every thing just hurts right now
