I'm 18 weeks + 4 and at the moment on honeymoon in Cyprus. I went for a nap yesterday and when I woke up I've had a horrific pain in my lower abdomen underneath my belly button. The pain got worse as I moved around to the point I was in tears and when I went to the toilet for a pee it felt like there was a lot of pressure down there.

I've woken up this morning and the pain isn't as bad but really niggly if you know what I mean.

Has this happened to anyone before?
