I'm not sure if it's exclusively for Ohio moms, some states have it and some do not,  but I got this box for free from https://www.babyboxuniversity.com/. All you have to do is watch a couple of videos about baby safety, which is about 15 minutes long all together. It came with a whole pack of diapers and some other goodies. And it's supposedly better and safer for babies to sleep.
