Will sperm survive in creamy cervical mucus?

I had unprotected sex 3 days after my period (stupid I know). Usually I don't see fertile cm until around the middle of my cycle. But, I'm obviously ovulating early this cycle. When I had sex I noticed creamy cervical mucus, but not a lot of it & it was a little thick in texture. I haven't had sex since then. I believe I ovulated either today or tomorrow. My question is can I get pregnant 2 to 3 days before ovulation?
