Im 9 weeks today and i was wondering if i can eat ceviche?? Has shrimp and crab in it?

Girl I just got done eating 10 pieces of fried shrimp lol you'll be okay. There's been new studies that show fish is good for babies brain development! It's tuna in a can you should try to avoid because of it not being cooked properly.

I also asked my ob about shellfish because with my first son that's ALL I wanted. You can have shrimp, crab, crawfish. Not all of them have mercury in it. Now with like swordfish or the huge fish such as shark you cannot eat. Or they don't prefer you to. But with shrimp, crab, crawfish, lobster you're fine to eat

I eat lots of seafood. Like shrimp and fish but my doctor says it has to be really well cooked. With ceviche they cook the shrimp with only lemon and that's not well cooked. So I would say no. Just make sure is well cooked
