Crybaby, PLEASE HELP

My LO is almost 6 months old and she is SUCH a crybaby😭 I'm a single mom and she's with me literally 24/7, so she is extremely attached. I cannot do anything without here whining for me to look at her. I was coping thus far but seeing as my divorce was just finalized and I'm starting a new job, I really need her to learn her to self soothe and not need mommy to stare at her or constantly be playing with her. She loves my mom and sister too but I know they are going to have an issue keeping her if she is constantly whining crying. Any tips/advice is much appreciated
