My daughter is 10 months and I'm feeling so emotional that she's about to be 1 years old any other mommas feeling this way?

Yup, every time I pack away her clothes because they are too small I cry ☹️

Most definitely.  My daughter is my final baby.  There's no more after her because I am getting up there in age (I'll be 37 this year) and already have three others (ages 16, 13 and 10 this year).  I also had complications with this pregnancy.  I cry with every doctor's visit, every milestone, every smile.
