What are you ladies taking for prenatal vitamins? My doctor didn't give me / subscribe me anything so I've been purchasing them at the store but I wanna know what you guys find best !

I strongly prefer a whole food based prenatal. They are less likely to make you feel sick and the nutrients are more accessible to your body.

I use Rainbow Light pre-natals and buy them on Amazon.

Anything as long as you take one. I take a gummy prenatel as I can't stomach a pill one, but my last pregnancy I took womens one a day prenatels. As long as you're taking something, that's what matters.

I take Garden of Life Organic Prenatals. They contain the natural form of folate instead of folic acid and are so easy on the stomach.

I take the VitaFusion gummies, my nausea is still so bad in the morning at 29w, I can't keep the horse pills down 😋
Most times the concerns with gummies is that they don't have iron in them.
My Dr has been regularly testing my iron levels and everything is fine! Just make sure you eat iron rich foods!
