2 Week Wait 😩

So I'm in my 2 week wait The second time around I didn't track much or even really focus I just made sure to BD as much as possible so I'm hoping for a BFP This will be our first baby if all goes well and I have been taking prenatals since end of feb did that help anyone conceive???
