Would you use a product that was recalled at one point?

I use a Garnier Fructis wave spray that was recalled maybe two years ago. It's called Wonder Waves. It does wonders for my curls and have always wondered if they've changed something within the product due to it being sold again. Would you be weary about using any product that was once recalled or would you use the product again without any hesitation? It doesn't matter what it is...this is just an example
