irritated skin down there

Sometimes when I pee, if some of my pee touches the skin around the outside of my vagina it burns. This only happens sometimes though. One week if a drop rolls down it won't matter but the next it will burn. I usually lean forward when peeing to avoid this all together, but sometimes I forget.
