I had a miscarriage in February at 8 weeks

I had a miscarriage in February at 8 weeks. I purchased opk, pregnancy test, preseed, and a bbt. I had a cycle 3/4/17 and started taking all precautions. I woke up today feeling good but not like my period would start today. I've been urinating a lot, my lower back is sore, my nipples have milk bumps and I'm starving and sleepy all the time. I took the test and I'm less then 3 minutes it was positive.
