I'm freaking out 😭😭😭😭😭

Okay so I've had unprotected sex with this one guy twice (silly I know) and nes never came in me or anything but I was talking to a friend's boyfriend st a party about this guy and he said "oh that guy gave my friend herpes" I instantly freaked out and have been really upset ever since! I can't go to a doctor to get tested because I have no way getting there and my mum doesn't know and she's really strict! How can I tell if I have herpes, I'm really upset and have been crying for nights
