6 weeks and cramping

Hello! After a year of trying and treatments my husband and I finally got our BFP. Starting on Saturday night I started bleeding lightly, nothing reaching the pad but had light red blood when I wiped. Nothing happened over night and then Sunday evening it started again with the same consistency but light cramping and a few very small clots. We went to the ER and the did a cervical check and my cervix was closed. I didn't start bleeding again until midday on Monday and it was darker than before but still not reaching the pad. I went in to the OB this morning and they confirmed there is a yolk sac and that the baby is in the uterus and that my cervix is closed but I am now passing larger clots, am still wiping light blood and have light, intermittent cramping. Basically I'm freaking out and really was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what their outcomes were! TIA
