Are all those TV shows a hoax?

Did anyone ever watch those "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" shows on TLC?? At 32 weeks, I find it impossible to believe!!! Like, did you think your belly rippling with movement was that burrito you just ate?!? Does anyone on here have almost zero signs of being pregnant? That show just seems too far fetched to be real 😂

I worked with a girl who "had no idea." She called 911 from the bathroom at work. She thought she was having stomach problems, but she was actually in labor with a full term baby! It was only about 3ish lbs though. She was on the shot, and didn't have periods. She obviously never took prenatals or ate properly. I think she smoked too, which accounts, in part, for the low birth weight.

I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see this happen. It was nuts. But now that I am pregnant, it makes it even crazier. I still don't know how she didn't have some suspicions. This was her second child as well, so you think she'd have figured it out sooner.

I used to work with someone who found out she was pregnant when she went to the hospital for stomach pains that turned out to be contractions! I've never asked her much about it (her baby sadly passed away away at a month old) but she definitely didn't look pregnant! I'm having a very high symptom pregnancy so it bewilders me as well lol, but it does happen

I had a coworker who also didn't know. She apparently conceived right before she broke up with her boyfriend, and it kinda turned her life upside down so she thought her period issues were stress and since she wasn't having sex after break up it didn't occur to her. She started getting bigger and thought again stress and eating increase after break up were to blame. Our other coworker told her she was pregnant and she didn't believe her. Found out at about 4 months in.

Have a friend who's husband is in currentlynin process of getting out of military service. This meant moving home and changing insurance so change in birth control. The doc told her she was fine to keep having regular sex during change and with the stress of moving states without immediate jobs on top of pill change meant some irregularity in cycles. She went to the doc for a hurt ankle and they did pregnancy test before proceeding and said she was 6-8 weeks pregnant based on hormone levels, right before she moved home. Gets home and immediately finds new doc here and goes in, expecting to be 10 weeks along, measured at TWENTY weeks. Hormones level off after 8 weeks in the docs test so that's as far along as it will say but the sonogram at 10(now 20) weeks told more. It's been so stressful on her with the timing and surprise.

Sounds unreal until you see it play out and it can be really hard on them so if it happens to someone you know be supportive!

It's not a hoax. I had no pregnancy symptoms with my son's whatsoever. But with my baby girl I knew something was up because my breasts were sore and really that didn't alarm me but went in for what I thought was a UTI and found out I was 6 weeks.

I have a friend who is 32 weeks and she still has to puff out her belly to look pregnant. I think if you aren't expecting pregnancy, some people might assume it is just gas and pass it along. My mom is an ultrasound tech and actually has a few women come in for abdominal pain that turn out to be pregnant.

My sister didn't find out she was pregnant until she was 33 weeks when she went into labor 😳

I had no signs with my daughter.
My sister has endo and she didnt know until she was 25 weeks and she only took a test for shits n giggles. They were eating out alot so she just thought she was getting fat. Not once felt her son because she had anterior placenta.
It really does happen.

I never really believed that show haha I find it super hard to believe that you had no idea you were pregnant the entire 40 weeks like the baby kicking and stuff

I have a friend with extremely irregular periods and she's also on the heavy side. She honestly had no idea she was pregnant until the 3rd trimester. She had a very healthy 1 year old now. 😊
